Scotch Darning
Scotch Darning
June 4th 6-8 pm
Instructor: Lauren
Ages 18+
Scotch darning is a method for repairing garments. It’s a great method of repair knits or large holes. Lauren likes to use it to fix the heels of her socks! In this two hour class you will learn how to make a scotch darn and walk through best applications. By the end, students will get plenty of time to practice darning in this way in a variety of thread sizes. Bring your garments to practice on or use materials at the studio!
Accessibility: Previous Darning skills are preferred. Check out Darning 101 opportunities on our calendar! Fine motor skills used in class. If you have questions about accessibility please reach out.
