Sewing Support Group
Thursday, May 8th; two 1-hour long sessions between 6-8 pm
18+
Instructor: Lauren
Join the Sewing Support Group for one or two hour increments to receive guidance on tricky spots or new skills that have you stuck in your sewing endeavors. We will provide experienced guidance, know-how, and reference materials for most scenarios you may encounter. With no more than 6 participants, there will be space for you to work while help is provided on an as-needed basis.
In our experience, many problems have overlapping solutions. One participant’s problem may inform your solution and so on. Sewing collectively is a great way to learn no matter what you hope to get out of your time!
Please bring all of the items you may need: a machine, fabric, tools or patterns. The studio will provide limited scissors, scrap materials and cutting mats.
There is no guarantee we will have the solution for your problem during your time but we will try!
If you prefer one-on-one support or understand that your project needs ample space to spread out, please consider signing up for private sewing lessons.
Masking required during session, additional masks will be available.
